At first I was skeptical of the name Eagle Refrigeration. I just didn't know what kind of business this was. The name didn't really tell me what they did.

When Herman (owner) came by, he really knows what he's doing. His expertise was incredible. He'll give you tips on heating.

He was also personable. He cares about the quality of his work.

The best thing is that he will honestly tell you what options you have and explain how things work.

I would recommend Eagle to those who want excellent work and expert advice.

Here's how to best explain your problem. Get any serial numbers you have. Tell them exactly what your problem is. Sometimes, he can diagnose over the phone. Just be ready to explain your problem so he can get an idea of what your situation is.

If you need heater repair, call Herman! He responds right away and was able to come to my home to diagnose and repair on the same day. This winter has been brutal and I was out of heater for months. I called a few places but none had time to come out until 2 weeks later. Finally I called Herman today and I'm so glad I did. My home is now nice and toasty! Herman's rate is less than any other places I've called.

We have called Herman on numerous occasions for both our own home as well as rental properties we own.

He is quick to respond to calls, always manages to prioritize and squeeze us in if it's an emergency type situation. On top of all this, he's the nicest guy you'll ever meet!

He's fixed and/or replaced furnaces and water heaters for us - - - each time communicating clearly at the onset the problem, the quote (always very fair) and the time line for repair/replacement. 

He and his crew are prompt, polite, great communicators and very efficient. 

There have been a couple occasions that we were unable to be on site during his repairs and our tenants handled the appointment. No problem . . . communicating with him about options and price quotes over the phone was simple and clear, and our tenants raved about the process of working with he and his crew too.

Realizing you have no heat or hot water is never a good thing . . . knowing you can call Herman takes the stress out of those times.

Heat went out in my business. I called Eagle and Herman came out next day, he got the heat/ air conditioner working in a very short time, at a very reasonable price. I was so pleased with his service I called him a few days later to fix a problem furnace at my home. Herman came out promptly, fixed the problem almost immediately, and he showed me what to do if the problem should happen again. This guy is very knowledgeable, he does excellent work, and his price is reasonable. Also he's a nice guy!

Eagle Refrigeration Heating & Air Conditioning is great. I'm an apartment manager and I've used them to repair my water heater and replaced two heaters. They also repaired our refrigerators.

Herman is an expert at what he does. Given his 30+ years of experience, he gives informed solutions to most heater problems.

After every repair, they clean up after themselves and left everything they way they found it.

He's extremely reliable, pays attention to details and is personable...

Eagle was able to provide good and fast service. When our compressor blew out in our commercial class refrigerator I was able to get a hold of Hermon and he was in to inspect the compressor within a couple of hours. And on top of that he gave us a rate that was 30% lower than the next best competition I found.

On top of that, I was quoted by others that it would take 2-3 hours of work and he was able to install it just fine in just a little over an hour. He's really good.

The refrigeration system on our trawler would not function at all. the kind owner gave me troubleshooting tips to fix it vs driving 45 miles to tell me the same thing, which would have incurred a high cost. He was willing to come and repair the system, which on other company would even consider.
